Testimonials

Dear Margaret and Judi,

Thank you so much for a life-altering stay at The Ranch Retreat. You showed up just when I really needed you! I know I’m not completely out of the woods yet but I’ve come a long way, and with my daily meditation and taking care to eat well I am feeling much better about myself. I couldn’t have done it without both of you taking really great care of me and holding the space of such amazing energy.

With much love and gratitude,

Janina

Thank you for pushing me out of my comfort zone and into new ways of being within myself, my body as well as my mind.

I am grateful that I was told what foods do not strengthen me and which one's do.  I am grateful for the meals that you prepared for me as they nourished me through all my senses and started me on a new path to healing.

I am grateful for the visualization of the heart's gathering of my many selfs.  I am grateful for your statement that our heart opens inwards.  I am grateful that life gave me the book "The Sufi Book of Life, 99 Pathways of the Heart for the Modern Dervish" by Neil Douglas-Klotz which spoke of mediations to this Holy Wisdom and our nafs (selves).

I am grateful that you identified my use of the pendulum tool as something that disconnected me from my body knowing.  I am grateful that you demonstrated the use of Brain Gym and meridian points, which has subsequently led me to further readings on EFT, chakras, and Brain Gym.  I am grateful that through your demonstration of using one's body as a pendulum tool I can more easily find those moments when I am not 'in balance'.

I am grateful for the reminder that I need to reconnect with both the earth and universal energies as each supports me in my being.

I am grateful that you spoke of 'pushing'.  The need for one's teachers to 'push' not only the student but themselves as well.  I am grateful for the discontent this word created in me as it has opened me up to a new way of thinking of myself, both as a teacher and a student.

I am grateful for the experience you helped facilitate for me at your home/retreat.  I am grateful for the pain and discomfort that you helped to uncover in me, which has continued to surface, and helps to inform my choices on how I can choose to think and act.

Thank You.

Just wanted to thank you both for the wonderful day we had at The Retreat.  I think what you are doing is a valuable service and I wish you well. I took the liberty of taking some brochures and have put them on the bulletin boards at my office.  Again, thank you for a rewarding healing day.

Sincerely,

A thousand thank you's are not enough to express my gratitude to Margaret and Judi.  My visit to the Ranch Retreat has resulted in some much needed changes in my lifestyle and numerous health benefits that continue to provide a sense of joy each day.  For the first time in a long while I have a sense of peace and purpose.  The weight continues to come off, my insulin levels have decreased dramatically and the mood swings are almost nil.  Above all, there is a sense of hope.  With all this accomplished during my first visit, I can hardly wait for the second!  One more thank you, to two very exceptional individuals for creating such a very special place.

I went to the Ranch Retreat as part of an endless search of the true me. While I anxiously waited for my session with Judy, I got to spend some unplanned time with Margaret outside.  I really enjoyed our conversation and how she invited me to come and see the animals, right there I knew this was a free place.  Funny enough, I discovered a lot about me by the way I interacted -or not- with the cows... Also, Judy suggested some changes in my eating habits it was hard to believe that the food would actually make such a difference in how I feel in my every day life, but I must say that I feel somehow more positive, more energetic and more in contact with the inner me.

The homework is not done, I really look forward to coming back for a Meditation Weekend with Margaret and start being in touch with "me" and then go from there...

Thanks

Working with Judi and Margaret at The Ranch Retreat has been truly inspirational. I love the feeling there – spacious, clean, positive, healing. I met Judi at a time when I needed answers about my health. As a medical intuitive she was able to give me insights into my physical, emotional, and spiritual status and needs. By subtly introducing lifestyle changes my attitude and health have improved profoundly. And the transformation is still ongoing. I learn so much about myself each time that I visit! Margaret has helped me with meditation and touch therapy, a technique to ease energy blockages. These two women provide a caring, much-needed environment for people wanting to truly learn about themselves. Their level of skill and knowledge is remarkable.

The Ranch Retreat has opened my heart to meditation. The power of meditation has brought me to new heights.  It has given me strength to change, let go, to be who I am, to be on life's journey with sure and steady steps.

Meditation has helped me learn to love myself, to release the joy and find the quietness within that I so seek. With every visit to the Ranch Retreat I am uplifted and filled with  joy. Thank you Ranch Retreat for being. Thank you Margaret.

I believe that people of gentleness and caring can change the world.  Thank you, Margaret, for opening up your home and your heart.  They are both very special places to be.

I wish you only the best on this magnificent journey !

Peace and love always…

My meditation experience at The Ranch Retreat was most enjoyable. The relaxed atmosphere and pace encourages you to just "go with the flow" - a great way to beat stress.

The balance of talk, questions, and answers, and meditation was especially beneficial to me.
